How do I start a project with Rogue Concepts?
You can begin by submitting an enquiry through our website, contacting us on WhatsApp, or scheduling a consultation. Our team will then discuss your requirements and guide you through the next steps.

Do you offer design consultations before starting a project?
Yes. Our process begins with a consultation where we understand your requirements, space, lifestyle, and design preferences.

Do you provide 3D Design visuals?
Yes. As part of our consultation process, we prepare detailed 3D design presentations to help clients understand the layout, materials, and specifications of the proposed design. The visuals are presented during the consultation and are not shared separately.

Can I customize the design and materials?
Yes. Every project is fully customised based on your space, functional needs, and design preferences.

Do you offer site visits before starting a project?
Yes. Our team usually conducts a site visit to measure the space and understand the layout before beginning the design process. The site visit is usually chargeable.

​Do you provide end-to-end solutions?
Yes. Rogue Concepts looks after every aspect of the project—from consultation and design to installation. We also coordinate civil work, electrical work, plumbing, and other technical requirements.

​Do you design Modular Kitchens?
Yes. Modular Kitchens are one of our core services, and each Kitchen is designed based on the layout, storage needs, budget and lifestyle of the client.

Do you design Wardrobes and Modular Storage solutions?
Yes. We design a wide range of Wardrobes including sliding wardrobes, hinged wardrobes, and walk-in wardrobes, and we also do custom Modular storage solutions like Bar units, Crockery units, Shoe racks, Social Kitchens, Storage units etc.
Do you handle complete Home Interiors?
Yes. In addition to Kitchens and Wardrobes, we also design and execute full Home Interior projects.

Yes. Our team can design Interiors based on your existing layout while improving functionality and Space planning.
Materials & Quality​

What type of materials do you use?
We primarily use branded BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) and BWP (Boiling Water Proof) grade Plywood along with branded HDHMR boards. High Quality MDF may be used when specifically requested or where design requirements make it suitable.

What laminate brands do you work with?
We work with trusted laminate brands such as Merino, Royal Touche, Greenlam, and many more.​​
What Hardware systems do you use?
Our Kitchens and Wardrobes are fitted with premium Hardware from brands such as Hettich, Blum, Kesseböhmer, and Häfele, along with reputed Indian brands like Olive and Laranza.
Can I request specific brands or materials?
Yes. We are happy to work with specific materials or Hardware brands based on client preferences.

How long does a Modular Kitchen project take?
Most Modular Kitchen projects are completed within approximately 45 days depending on Design, Materials, and site readiness.​
How long do Wardrobe projects take?
Wardrobe projects usually take around 45 days depending on design complexity and material selections & availability.
How long do full Home Interior projects take?
Interior timelines vary depending on the size of the home and scope of work. Our team provides a detailed project schedule once the design is finalised.
Do you provide installation services?
Yes. Our professional installation team ensures precise and careful installation of all cabinetry and hardware.

Do you provide Warranty support?

Yes. Hardware components are covered under manufacturer warranties, and our team remains available to assist with service or adjustments if required.
Warranty & Support​​

Do you provide Warranty for your work?
Yes. Rogue Concepts provides warranty support for cabinetry and installation, while hardware components are covered under the respective manufacturer warranties. The warranty period is 10 years.

What Hardware warranty is provided?
Hardware systems such as hinges, drawer systems, and mechanisms are covered under manufacturer warranties provided by brands like Hettich, Blum, Kesseböhmer, Häfele, and others. It is usually 10-15 years, depending on the Brand used.
What does the Rogue Concepts warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation-related issues in cabinetry and fittings carried out by our team.
What is not covered under warranty?
Our Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, natural or issues caused by external modifications or third-party work. It also does not apply to damages caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, storms, fire, as well as events beyond our control such as war, civil disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances.​​

Do you provide after-sales support?​

Yes. Our team remains available to assist with adjustments, service requests, or guidance after installation to ensure your interiors continue to function smoothly.
